The Triple IPA is, by its nature, uncompromising and indulgent and acts as our boldest expression of hop aroma and flavour. But we believe none of that should come at the expense of drinkability so we have put significant work into achieving clean fermentations and creating beer that is full-bodied yet smooth and juicy. This TIPA showcases powerhouse hop varietal Citra alongside distinctive newcomer Sabro.

Can. On the database as both a DIPA and a Hazy DIPA. Jesus! Just about sums up the utter fucking abortion this style split is. Well done Ratebeer. Hazy (not that fucking hazy) orange - gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, light and with reasonable fine carbonation. Sweet malts, thin creamy sweetness but with an almost vanilla touch. Juicy and ripe tropical fruits. Mango, guava and a little peach. Shot through with good smooth pine. A pinch of spice. Finishes with touches of fresher orange and tangerine. Nice touch of Sabro coconut on the finish. Super duper. The blurb on the can sounds like a pro Corbyn advert. Well those of who lived and worked through the 1970s offer you a polite middle finger. Thanks muchly for this excellent DIPA mind.

Can at home, 23/11/19. Murky orange with a decent off white head. Nose is sweet malts, papya, orange pith, light weed, pine resin, cantaloupe melon. Taste comprises sweet and creamy malts, melon, papaya, light weed, mellow but well integrated alcohol, pine resin, ripe pineapple, grapefruit. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with lightly aggressive hop bitterness and complemented with a balanced rising boost. Solid stuff and drinks pretty easy for 10%.

Keg at 73 Enid Street. A clouded deep golden orange coloured pour with a steadfast white creamy head. Aroma is big spicy citrus, some Sabro, white grape, some rubber, juicy, some alcohol bite. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, grape jelly, mango, creamy grains, light citrus edge. Palate is medium sweet, creamy, mellow carbonation. Hides the alcohol well. Good.

Great message and tasty mildly coconut (sabro), citra ale, with a pleasant green hop taste that doesnโt feel like the full 10%
