(Bottle, 0.75 l - lot 129 - BB 30.04.2021, from the brewery, 20200523) The cider poured golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had apples, vanilla, wood and tartness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were apples, tartness, wood and tannins. Aftertaste was tart. Tart, dry and quite pleasant.

Aroma: lots of refreshing sour apples, dry, wood notes, some tannins. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of sour apples, bit lemony, very refreshing, lovely tartness. Aftertaste: sourish, fruity, lots of sour apples, very dry, mouth puckering acidity. Lovely refreshing dry cider!
