Beer of pure barley malt, 5° degrees. Silver medal at US beer tasting (July 2018) with 87/100 points. Winner ad "Cerevisia Award" 2015 in Italy, Perugia: Best lager beer of south Italy and islands. Beer of straw color, with white foam, fine and persistent. At nose dominate notes of malt, vanilla, cereal, floral. In mouth very balanced, with hints of malt and vanilla. A well balanced and refreshing lager. Beer for every meal and occasion, has been defined the best beer to accompany pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches, fried chicken, turkey burger, pork kebobs, brie.

6-pack of 330ml green bottle from The Beer Store. Pours a clean golden colour with a big creamy-frothy head, good stay and lacing for a lager. Light skunk aromas with some caramel malts and decent pils-like hops. The taste is nicely balanced between these hops and mild caramel malts. Actually a good premium lager.

bottiglia 33 cl, bevuta all’aeroporto di Catania, dopo la delusione di non essere riusciti a fare l’attraversata dello Stretto. Comunque un bel weekend con i master di Luino. La birra non è male ma anonima. @ Aeroporto di Catania 28.09.20

Bottle by the pool in Scopello, 6th August 2020. Pours clear. Aroma is straw and grass. Taste is clean, refreshing, light floral and light bitter. Not bad.

Lenge siden en kjøleskapskald pilsner har gjort så godt - i ankomsthallen på flyplassen i Catania, 3 timer forsinket og med to timer å vente på bussen som går ved midnatt! Opptil flere 0,33 flasker fra pizzasjappen. Klar gylden med fint skum som varer. Deilig humlesnert med bitre urter og hint av citrusfrukter og vanilje.

Two green 330ml bottles out of a six pack from an American Aldi store. Drank while in California on 12th March 2019. Clean and clear golden body, fast fading white head. Decent enough 'Mediterranean' Lager, malty front with a straw and floral twist, light bitterness. Pleasant enough in the afternoon sun.

Bottle 330ml. @ home.[ As Semedorato ].ABV: 4.9%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, light vegetables, light cardboard, light corny. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, vegetables, corny, light cardboard. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20190228] 4-3-4-3-7

Keg at U Babbio, Palermo, 01/10/17. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is pale malts, straw, faint lemon, paper. Taste comprises bready malts, toasted grains, hint of caramel, light citric edge. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close. Ok lager.
