Bottle from Auntie Suzanne, cheers! A bland but clean enough ale that can be justified for daytime drinking over Christmas.
Malty, fruity, quaffable

Аромат очнень солодовый, причем бьет прямо в лицо, легкая пресноватость. Цвет как у лагера, очень золотистый, с сильной карбонизацией и белой пенкой пышной. Вкус очень слабый, слишком водянистый, кроме сомнительного солода ничего не нашел. Да и еще тухлые нотки носков при глотке. В общем разочарование.

Old rating from 2009 - 500ml bottle, pours golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of flora, biscuit & malt. Moderate body. Mild bitter finish

Bottle 50cl. from Kelly's Expat Shopping @home poured into a pint glass. Clear deep golden colour, good moussy white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma pale malt, grain, biscuit, light citrusy hops. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grain, biscuit, some pear, whif of lemon. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste, malty backbone, a little bit more bitterness in the finish, light spicy notes, nice.

Rocky white head left a creamy cover on a pale copper coloured body. Malt, bitter & biscuit aroma - Proper Old School. Medium bodied, smooth with a crisp back. Malt, digestive, toffee & berry tastes with a bitter lightly hopped finish. Well Balanced - Contrary to popular I think that's a decent Ale.

bottiglia 50 cl, schiuma bianco sporco fine media persistenza, colore oro velato, al naso agrumi miele note floreali, in bocca è fruttata agrumi caramello, corpo leggero, carbonazione moderata, amaro moderato, secca nel finale. Buona equilibrata, si beve molto bene. c. Iper Varese 22.03.24
