English Pale malts coupled with Challenger and Goldings hops provide the bitterness and aroma. The result is a highly distinctive light, golden ale, with caramel aromas, a pleasing toffee apple flavour and a late bitterness.

Drikkverdig og god, og fyller rollen som en pilsner-konkurrent. Men den får det ikke til å sitre hos en gammel ølnerd, da.

Orangey brown bitter with that slightly metallic aroma that a lot of bottled beers have. Taste is heavy fruity hops with a bitter finish. Ok, but St Peters beers are usually better, could be the effect of bottled rather than cask.

Fleshy orange, hint of smoke, very mineral verging on salty. That saltiness kind of lingers but gets better as it warms.
