500ml bottle from local shop. Golden colour, white foam head leaving alittle lacing and fruity herbal hop aroma. Taste is malt caramel with tangy floral hop, citric, some tea and earthy grassy bitterness. Light bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry metallic bitter finish. OK.

Keg at the Two Lifeboats, Sheringham. Golden-amber with a light fizz and a thin white head. Mild tropical fruit aroma with some lemon on tasting and a mild bitterness in the finish. OK but tastes rather dumbed-down throughout.

50cl bottle from K-supermarket Tikkurila. Poured deep golden with a thick white head, quickly disappearing. Quite typical Greene King aroma, I get toffee, biscuits, sweetness,ä flavor has caramel sweetness, citrusy hops. Light bitterness. Bit sweet but better than I expected. But why the clear bottle?

Bottle from B&M Bargains. Golden in colour, with a thin white head and plenty of fizz. Aroma of citrus fruit, stale malts and a hint of grassy hop. Flavour had some sweet, flabby, cereal malts, a touch more fruit and culminated in a decent, bitter, finish. More a poorly bottled British bitter than American style IPA.

Bottle from B&M Bargains, Halifax. Clear golden with next to no head. There’s some good pale ale notes in its nose with a fruitiness evident here, but has a more skunky taste - probably due to the clear glass bottle.
