(Draught at Kulovy Blesk, Prague, 23 July 2015) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of dark rye bread, resin, grapefruit and a touch of mint. Malty, roasted taste with black rye bread, pine needles, a touch of grapefruit, hints of mint and a balanced piney bitterness in the finish. Medium body, quite dry. Fresh and tasty black IPA with a good hop character and hints of mint. Nice one.

Draft at Zlu Casy. A hazy brown beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt and chocolate, leading to a bitter finish. Not a Black IPA.

Bottle from trade with Jamedra, thanks Roman. Dark brown color, looks filtered, small tan head. Smells coffee, light earthy, light sour, light smoky. Light body, bubbly carbonation, first thing i taste is a slight smoke note, light bacon, then some malty roastiness, also a light sour note again, earthy. Nice roasty bitter finish. Not sure if this is supposed to taste like this, but i would put it down as a smoked porter, no black ipa. I like it though, quite easy and smooth to drink
