Our superb new Blonde Ale is 4.2 % abv and light golden in colour. It's brewed with a big pile of Mosaic hops giving the beer a wonderful hoppy aroma and a refreshing smack of fruity citrussy flavours.

Fruity, berry & citrus aroma.
Medium bodied, sharp dry & clean.
Malt, grain, grapefruit & pithy tastes with a long bitter finish.
Tastes like a Yorkshire Ale - Refreshing.

Cask at the Bury St. Edmunds Beer Festival with Grumbo and ITFCDan. Aroma is floral, citrus, grassy and hoppy. Decent body and oily texture. Moderate carbonation.

Cask st the joiners inn Lincoln. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma and taste are malty fruity and slight bitter. Light body.

On cask at the Prae Wood. Appearance - amber and clear, snow white head. Nose - brown bread, like Ray. Taste - orange and brown bread. Palate - medium bodied, dry finish. Overall - OK.

Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2022. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nutty malts, sweaty hop, grassy. Pine. Salt. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, grass, wet hop, sileage, grassy hop. Rustic grains. Ok. Spicy hop. Ok.

Gravicask at the 23rd St Albans Beer & Cider Festival. Clear warm golden body, clingy lacing, filmy layer. Mild ripe fruity aromas. Mixed taste of mango and bread. Drying ending. Smooth on the swallow. Satisfying. (Shared with Finn, 27.09.2018).

Cask at the 35th Luton Beer and Cider Festival. Pours dark gold with a small off-white head. Aroma of citrus, hop, flowers, grain and grass. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness. Light to moderate body, slight oily and watery texture, average to soft carbonation. Best of the 4 this brewer had at the festival.
