Cask at the Spreadeagle, Mayfair on 19th December 2025. Deep reddish copper with dens and lasting off-white foam and full lacing. Malty aroma with leafy hoppiness. Rich nutty maltiness in-mouth with continued leafy hops and subtle spices. A broadly malty finish. Full body and a smooth mouthfeel. Very pleasant.
A pleasant seasonal brew with a fruity Christmas pudding flavour. Pint in the Castle in the Air before a Sale match.

Fra cask på The Mossy Well: klar rødlig kastanjefarge med fint skum som varer lenge. God maltaroma og smak med fin bitterhet, litt bjørnebær og barskog. En slank og lettdrikkelig bitter.

Pint in my village pub alongside a brie and bacon baguette. Lots of rich and deep malt and a great mouthfeel. Perfect in front of the pub's open fire.
