This American IPA goes old school, hopped with Columbus and Citra for a bright, herbal aroma and hints of flower and honey. Take a drink and you’ll find an intense, pure bitterness perfectly balanced by notes of sweet malts.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Max. Clear amber, beige head. Malt, caramel, stale hops, sweetish, bitter finish, medium-bodied. Too old.

Golden colour with thin head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of skunky hop. Remains fairly light and easy to drink though.

Bottle at 6.0& ABV. Cloudy amber, off-white dense head. Good lacing. Fruity tropical aroma goes more to a sour side. Medium body. Citric hop, tropics, caramel on tongue. Light to medium bitterness that is not persistent enough.

500ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, reddish amber colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Piney hoppy aroma, slightly nuttily, caramel malty basis, cautious citrusy hints of grapefruit and tangerine zest. Taste is dry, citrusy, slightly piney and minimally leafy hoppy, notes of lemon, lemon tea, minimally nuttily, caramel malty basis; soft palate, gentle carbonation.Reminds of some Polish IPAs.
