This vibrant, bright, rose-colored saison is full of floral & spice notes mixed with hints of tartness from the foeder aging & hibiscus flowers. It is a unique creation brewed with rose hips, rose petals, & hibiscus, giving this saison a character & color all its own. A beautiful piece of art presented in a glass.

Draft at Craft Breww City. Pours a clear ruby with a finger of pink foam that dissipates quickly. Floral aromas with light cherry and vinegar notes. Tart on the palate but light and fairly easy drinking. Rose hip & cherry blossom finish with a lingering cherry vinegar finish. Bottle from GBBF 2018 and drunk at home. Hazy russet colour thin beige head. Yes some biscuit malt. Some saison yeast aroma. good carbonation. good sweet red fruit. very good malty saison. really well balanced and oozes class. great.

Sample at SBWF 2018. Amber with a small head. Aroma of cherries, light spices and funk. The same in the taste, also some floral notes. Refreshing and with a balanced tartness.

F: thin, off-white, not long lasting. C: coppery, hazy. A: light sour fruity, bit woody, bit brett, peach. T: light sour fruity again, bit woody, nice caramel combined with sour fruity taste, brett, medium body and carbonation, good one, enjoyed, big bottle sample shared @ BBP Wanderlust 2018 in Brussels.

Thank you for sharing! Bomber sampled @ BBP Wanderlust 2018. Amber reddish, little head. Surprisingly sweet nose raspberry & strawberry jam with oak, fruit, brett & sugar. Taste is brett, red fruit jam, lots of it, oak, messy but nice. Bretty bit thinned out body & jam. Interesting nice.

On tap at Homebrewstuff cloudy dusty rose color with a thick clinging off white head and lacing. Lots of sweet rise and berry aromas. Nice funky tart flavors. Dry finish. A busy flavorful saison.

Nagy, tartós, bezs hab, barna szín. Virágos, gabonás, savanykás illat. Enyhén savanykás, gabonás, virágos ízek, egy hangyányi élesztővel. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, enyhén kesernyés. Finom, frissítő sör.

Soft sour cherry yeast aroma on this thang but no layering nor complexity. Has a nice long lasting head and vaguely clear cherry body with wood colour notes. Flavour is a decent mix of malt and soury sweetness but no complexity to be had. Medium finish that does not do justice to it really. It's not bad but again missing that attention to detail that would propel it into the stratosphere.
