Czech varieties of hops ensure a pleasantly lingering bitterness and excellent drinkability. Bottle shared at THT August ‘19. Clear golden brown with a cream coloured head. Aroma of rich malt and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet above light bitter. Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled at THT August. Clear amber with small off white head. Cardboard, caramel, roasted malts, bread crust, light herbs and green veggies. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Almost medium bodied.

Bottle at home in Gabrovo - picked up at local Billa. Pours totally clear caramel-brown with a foamy, khaki head. Fairly sweet, some toasted caramel, grainy bread, a little earthy bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with more burnt caramel and earth, sweet toasted malts. Not bad.

0,5 bottle. Sötét-borostyán, átlátszó félbarna szín, tartós és nagy sárgásfehér hab. Kitöltve szép. Élesztős és malátás házisörre hasonlító illat, minimális édeskés karamelles árnyalattal. Ízre testes, karamell maláták érződnek, mellette a komlók is, nem is kicsit. Első kortyra főként édes, de mellékízben keserű is, ahogy a cseh félbarnáknak illik. Nagyon jó ivósör, igazán összetett ízekkel!!! Remek, és rendkívül ajánlott a kategóriáján belül!

Dark amber, transparent semi-brown color, durable and large yellowish-white foam. Completed beautiful. Yeast and malt home-like scent with a minimal sweet caramel hue. The taste is full-bodied, with caramel malt, as well as hops, not a little. First sips are mostly sweet, but also bitter in off-flavors, as befits Czech half-browns. Very good drinking beer with really complex flavors !!! Great and highly recommended within its category!

0.5 l bottle from 'Beers & Books', best before January 2019. Clear, reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, stable, light beige head. Sweetish-malty, a little fruity aroma of caramel, raisins and light molasses. Moderately sweet, malty, slightly bitter, gently grassy-spicy and a bit fruity taste of caramel, straw, toasted nuts and some raisins, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
