Typický zástupce ležáku vídeňského typu. Jantarovou, až měděnou barvu a vydatnou sladovou plnost s tóny karamelu pivu dodává nádherně vyladěná kombinace čtyř druhů sladů. O příjemně doznívající hořkost a výbornou pitelnost se starají české odrůdy chmelů. Harmonická ukázka spojení toho nejlepšího ze světlého a tmavého piva s příjemným řízem a pitelností.

A typical representative of Viennese lager. Amber, to copper color and rich malt fullness with caramel notes of beer is provided by a beautifully tuned combination of four types of malt. Czech varieties of hops ensure a pleasantly lingering bitterness and excellent drinkability. A harmonious example of the combination of the best of light and dark beer with a pleasant texture and drinkability.

Bottle. Color: Orangish golden. Off white head. Taste: Complex. Medium sweet and lightly bitter, hints of caramel, yeast, toast, alcohol, caramel and nuts. No pronounced flavors, but all together a pretty nice beer.

(Keg at Soldaten Svejk, 20160324) I hope this is the beer I had. The waitress serving me was not able to help in identifying. The beer poured brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, malts, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste was bitter and mildly sweetness. A decent sweetish beer.

Amber colour, perfect dense creamy head. Stays. Aroma of toast, candy, minimal roastiness, a hayish lager note. Light to medium body. Thin to oily texture. The flavour is richly malty. Toast, bread, candy, some wine. Light bitterness growing through the ending to the hoppy aftertaste. Quite good.

500ml bottle from Dram Shop, Walkley - Deep amber copper coloured body topped by a creamy off white head that lasts well. Toasty and bready in the nose with some dark fruity esters. Slight bitterness balances out the bready malt sweetness. My first Polotmavý and not bad either, felt pretty much like a lighter version of the Doppelbock I had earlier today.

Bottle 0,5l. Almost clear, amber colored beer. Pleasant aroma of caramel, toasted malts, apples, apricots, honey. Flavor of toasted malts and fruits, little bit sweet, medium bodied, moderately bitter.
Not bad, but nothing special.

Bottle. Dram Shop, Sheffield. Clear, dark copper colour. Thick, foamy, lasting, cream coloured head. Aroma of sweet nuts. Dark honey. Light, metallic hop. Taste is honey sweet. Develops a bitterness, that lingers. Palate is airy, and massaging. The bitterness takes over any sweetness, toward the end. Liked this.
