Brewed with the finest ingredients and a special blend of yeasts, Oriel Saison is a sunny blond beer with a balmy aroma.
A fresh bouquet and a lasting foamy top is followed by a savory taste.
Fruit compote, fields of grains and slight funkiness go around a heightened drive with malt sweetness, grass, fruitage, some spiciness, all ending in an alluring dryness.

ABV: 6.9%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average to small, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, light fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity yeast, saison yeast, wheat, light peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20201205]

Creamy white good mostly diminishing head. Yellow colour. Light malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Acetic and peppar notes. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, malt, peppercorn, hops and malt. Light bitter finish.

Bottle. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, fruit, hop and spices. FLavour is malt, yeast, hop, spices, little floral, little sweet, hop and medium bitter.

Bottle samples at the brewery with the guys. Amber proper pour with a medium and persistent foam. Nose is firmly esters, spicy, peppery. Mouth is quite sweet, full, malty somehow. It ends peppery. Not so dry, more rounded. Peculiar and very solid.
