This West Coast-Style India Pale Ale is extravagantly hopped, full flavored, medium bodied and copper colored. A menagerie of hops is combined throughout the brewing process to impart specific characteristics. Hops used include Simcoe for a unique fruitiness and grapefruit zest, Columbus for strong hop pungency, Centennial for pine and citrus notes, and Cascade for floral aroma.

355ml can from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours red amber, transparent, with fine white foam. Aroma is resinous, fruity. Body is dense, with average carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter, continuing in the final.

Aromas are good pine resin with a little amber malt and a hint of citrus. Flavor is somewhat similar to nose with excellent balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Bitter edges out the others. Slightly soft mouth. Really glad Green Flash is back in this market.

12 oz can purchased at Mr. T's locally and chilled for a tasting. I make the pour into my ABGB snifter to see a dark orange body finished with an eggshell brown top of foam that slowly dwindles. The nose is attractive, pine, orange and a bit of grain. I lift the glass and take a drink. It strikes me as firmly old-school, glad to get one occasionally. Lemons, tons of hoppiness, varnish, white bread, resin and just a bit of sweetness. Lots of bitterness, nice throughout.

Echt schwer das richtige Listing zu finden - das hier ist noch am ehesten dran, denn meine Dose hat glatte 7%. In der Nase fruchtig, malzig, Pinie. Im Trunk schön ausgewogen, Frucht, erdig, Pinie, dann leicht bitter, bisschen itchy, herrlich harzig am Gaumen, sehr lecker.

Tap at Watering Hole. Golden amber colour, off white creamy head. Aroma is hoppy, grapefruit citrus, light cat pee. Taste is nice and bitter, but maybe not so much else. Grapefruit and lemon, bit biscuity. Very bitter finish. Bit one-dimensional. Rerate: 11/10/13 Maybe was a bit harsh last time. Taste is good, decent hoppiness, grassy and bit resinous. Good bitter finish. Slight malty spiciness too. Aroma is grassy, bit skunky, cat pee. Good stuff.

Bottle from FlacoAlto, thanks! Orange color. Grapefruit, traubenzucker and grass in the aroma. Firm flowery grassy oily hopbitter flavor, getting strong towards the finish. Pineapple and mango. Long grassy earthy bitter aftertaste.
