Thanks to Aracauna for bringing some of this to share with everybody at the "Kegger" This pours with a hazy yellow body under a thin head of white. Little aroma, maybe a little spicy lemon. Light lemon citrus flavor. I tried this after an IPA, and to give it all of it’s justice, this should be tasted on a fresh palate, but my first impression is that it is just a little thinner and has less flavor than some of the better Witbiers I have tried. Very clean and refreshing however and certainly a good refreshing summer beer in any case. No flaws, just towards the lighter end of the spectrum for the style, which is quite light to begin with.
