On tap at Cafe Gollem Raamsteeg, Amsterdam on 27th November 2025., and again at Craft and Draft on 28th November. Almost impenetrably black with shallow, pale tan foam and spot lacing. Solid roasty malt aroma. Coffee, dark chocolate and smoky spices in-mouth, and a finish of bitter and coffee-ey roastiness. Smooth mouthfeel and a medium body.

Keg at It Ain't Much If It Ain't Dutch, 31/10/2025.
Black topped with a tan head.
Nose is cocoa powder, charr, roast malts, dried fruit rinds.
Taste comprises burnt toffee, chocolate biscuit, spice, dark malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Decent flavoursome stout for the ABV.

Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is roasted malt with chocolate, coffee, espresso, notes of caramel, coffee grounds. Flavour is moderate sweet with a roasty bitter finish. Medium body. A very fine Stout that delivers the roasty goods.

330ml can from the brewpub. Pours black with a brown foamy head. Aromas & tastes of coffee, chocolate, caramel, nuts & toasted malt. Medium body. Dry light bitter finish. Very enjoyable

(Draught at De Drie Dorstige Herten, Utrecht, 18 July 2024) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, chocolate, liquorice and black bread. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, dark chocolate, black bread, liquorice and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Rich and well made stout. Very nice.

Can. Very dark brown. Lots of roasted malts, chestnuts, licorice, dark chocolate, creamy oats, cola. Medium sweet and bitter. Creamy body. Very full and thick for a dry stout.

33cl Blik. Zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Gebrande mout, toast, chocolade, hint van praliné, caramel, hint van gebrande noten, bitter, droog. Lichte body, vol van smaak. Goed.
