For the 2021 edition of Sunshine Under Ground we’ve forgone the lactose. It’s still super pale and retains that soft velvetiness thanks to a base of Pilsner, oat and wheat. A light touch of Cascade and Lemondrop, followed by a heavy touch of double dry zesting leaves this beer with all the lemony goodness it deserves.

Tap at Ambasada. Slightly hazy yellow-golden body, ivory head. Menthol dominates the herbal aroma. Same notes in the taste, menthol, citric touches, herbal notes, bit fruity. Okay, I see why it's a love-hate thing. The lemon zest took it in some unusual directions.
