Bottle. Unclear reddish-brown body without any head. Aroma has red berries, wood and acidity with a faint hint of funk. Taste is refreshing and quite acidic with red berries, blackcurrant, wood, cellar notes, lemon, astringent tannins and alcohol. Medium body with long lasting, acidic aftertaste. A bit robust with unbalanced acidity and a boozy touch. Refreshing but not the best from Lindheim.

Draught@TCBW2019. Deep red colour with a small pink head. Aroma is ripe berries, some tart wood and mild herbal tones. Flavour is ripe berries, some tartness, sweet berries and mild wooden tones. Sweetish sour with a strange twist. But I like it.

375ml bottle. Cloudy, dark, ruby colour with average, frothy, diminishing, beige head. Funky yeasty, bretty, slightly fruity aroma, hints of cherry, blackcurrant, hints of balsamico, Bourbon. Taste is sour, funky yeasty, bretty, slightly fruity, hints of morello, blackcurrant, some balsamico, a touch of Bourbon. Watery, acid thinned texture, astringent palate, fine, lively carbonation. Nice composition concerning fruity, spicy and BA aspects, too sour for my liking - OK.

Advent Calendar #5. Firm pop, pours a clear deep red with fine light brownish head. Smells sour, fruity, oak, currants. Light body, fairly high carb, puckering sourness. Taste is pretty sour, but sweet enough to counter. Wood, mild funk. Very tasty stuff.

Shared bottle at Pass trappå kjellerbryggeri 13.05.21. Clear mahogany. Beige head. Aroma and taste of brett, black currants, rhubarb and gooseberries. Acid ans astringent mouthfeel. Good.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren, Pours hazy dark red with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, wood, oak, rich dark berries, blackcurrant, light vanilla. Flavor is sour, malt, wood, tart fruit, red berries, blackcurrant. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and acidic finish. 100819
