Früher tranken die Arbeiter der Tuch- und Lederfabriken in Neumünster zur Stärkung vor der Arbeit gern das dunkle Bier der Brauerei D.H.Hinselmann. Unser "Dunkles Arbeiterbier" soll an diese Tradition erinnern. Wie damals mit einem vollmündigen Malzkörper und feiner Hopfennase. Wir lassen alte neumünsteraner Braukunst wieder aufleben. Man muss es aber nicht unbedingt zum Frühstück trinken...

It’s a craft german dunkles, not a brown ale, thin body, slight sourness, not that good, but clean otherwise. Nothing outright outrid. Online craftbeer shop.com

Weich malzig-herber Beginn. Leicht getreidig-röstig, konstante Aromatik, schokoladig-herb. Würziger, frisch malziger Abgang, geringfügig bitter. Schmeckt. 11/10/10/10/11/10

33cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a small beige head. Aroma of caramelized malt, nuts and red frutis. Taste of caramelized malt, dark malt, nuts and toffee.

Fruity malty nose. The beer starts fresh and dry. Malty with a dry body. Not too much depth, round and refreshing with a malty dry aftertaste with a subtle bitterness.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Clear golden amber colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, fruits, grasses. Taste is sweet. Medium bodied. Dry fruity finish. Ok.

Bottle@Jespers - Dark Amber pour with off white head. Toasted sweet malty with some sweet caramel and fudge notes, some nutty accents, medium to light body, sweet roasted malty close.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden brown. Small tan head. Aroma is breadish and toasted malt. Sweet, toasted malt. Lingering sweet finish.

Bottle at KCBD18. Citric and vinous aroma, a little stable to it. Almost clear red amber colour. Small off-white head. The flavour starts off roasted, turns citric and vinous. Medium bitterness.

Bottle @ KCBD18. Pours hazy dark rubybwith small off-white head. Dusty aroma with notes of malt and fruit and some estery touches. Bitterish,mroasty and nutty flavour with sweetish notes of caramel malt and touches of yeast. Roasty and nutty aftertaste with estery hints. Reasonable but rather watery.
