Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is rosemary, yeasty, mild esters, a touch barrel funk. Taste is dry, rosemary, a touch minerals and wood. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not bad!

330 ml bottle. Pours cloudy amber with a creamy head. Bitter lemon, roots, lots of licorice, cough syrup, herbal notes, rosemary, resin, pine. Intense herbal bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, bitter finish. Not sure about this one, way too bitter in my opinion and too many herbs and spicy notes.

Fles 33cl thuis gedeeld. Fruitig, rozemarijn, klein zuurtje, licht koriander, pine, licht plakkerig, vrij kruidig, vrij zoet, redelijk vol van smaak, malttonen, orange peel, bittertje na. Rozemarijn overheerst wat. (27-4-2021).

330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal, fruity and slightly wheaty malty aroma, notes of rosemary, a touch of pine and spruce, bitter orange peel, pear, red berries, sweet blue grapes. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, herbal and citrusy fruity, notes of rosemary, bitter orange peel, a touch of pear, red berries, sweet blue grapes, grape juice, bath salt. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine and soft, creamy carbonation. Very interesting twist on a Belgian Wit - pretty good!
