[ As Sour Cellars Flaxation ].
ABV: 6.6%. Clear medium to dark red colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, cherry, wood, rhubarb. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, vanilla, rhubarb, cherry, wood, barrel, light funky, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200620]

750ml bottle from Mikkeller Beer Club. Sour, acidic and slightly vinegary with some oak, wood, berries, blackcurrant, rhubarb and sweet cherry juice, hints of vanilla and redcurrant. Quite complex, pretty good but a bit too much sweet cherries for my taste.
