Pours very hazy deep golden/amber/light orange color with a 2 finger dense and rocky off white head with amazing retention, that reduces to a large cap that lasts the whole glass. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Amazing appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew, watermelon, red apple, blueberry, strawberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, brown sugar, wheat, biscuit dough, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, sugars, and bready malt notes; with big strength. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, sugars, and bready malt flavors; with and awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 10.5% after the finish. Overall this is an amazing TIPA. All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, sugars, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Great soft feel, and not aggressive. Amazing El Dorado, Calypso, Cashmere, Mosaic, and Hull Melon profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice sized sugar and wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example. Loved the hop profile as expected.
