Passion For Me är en Berliner Weisse med passionfrukt. Efter mäskningen har vörten, som är helt fri från humle, syrats naturligt med mjölksyrebakterier från malten. Som många historiska förebilder har vi inte kokat vörten. Under jäsningen med tysk alejäst har generösa mängder passionfrukt tillsats för en frisk syrlig smak av tropisk sommar. Passion For Me passar perfekt till varma sommarkvällar, som fördrink eller till söta fruktiga efterrätter.

Bottled. Orange colour, minor head. Aroma is passion fruit, some stomach acids, vinegar and mild zest. Flavour is lemongrass, some stomach acids, mild zest and some sweet malty notes.

Bottled at Bearbeer tasting. Hazy pale golden, small head. Aroma of passionfruit, apricot and lemon. Tart and citric with light body and clean mouthfeel. Citric acid, apricots and passionfruit. No bitterness.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Light yeasty watery aroma. Elderflower appearnce. Inoffensive but nothing mind boggling.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 4 Oct 2018) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with passion-fruit, mango, orange and white bread. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of citrus, passion-fruit and mango. Medium body, dry. Really fresh and tasty, with lots of tropical fruit. Nice one. (6/7/7/6/7=6.8) Rerate: (Bottle, 1 Sep 2025) Pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity nose with white bread, passionfruit, grapefruit and a touch of yeast. Fruity, tart taste with notes of passionfruit, grapefruit, lemon and white bread. Generous lactic acidity. No bitterness. Light body, dry. Tasty and refreshing with a good passionfruit flavour. Nice one.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy golden with a small white head. Fairly tart with passionfruit, citrus and some yoghurt. The body was light and the finish quite dry.
