Whirl Domination is the first IPA to be brewed in our shiny new brewhouse in Svinninge, so naturally, we were curious as to what our new baby could do! Small white head over unclear yellow beer. Exotic fruit (passion, pineapple, grapefruit, guava,...) and asafoetida; hints of almonds, rosewater, lupulin. More exotic fruit and asafoetida; resin obvious. Piney notes, conifer; banana in the finish. good MF, chewy, rounded; titillating carbonation. Very good IPA! Congrats to the new brewery! Txs to Stef!

Cloudy golden beer, solid white head. Smell has grapefruit and zesty hop. Flavour has mango, citrus, grapefruit, pine, some bitter hop. A nice balance with the bitterness and also fresh fruitiness. Very drinkable and has a nice bittersweet finish to it.

One of the last beers from my beer calendar! A hoppy IPA, pine is rather dominant, fruity with mango and orange. Really nice.

Notater fra Mi2 Cardinal mai-22: helt uklar skittengul med tett skum helt ned. Saftig aroma og smak med tonnevis av milde tropiske frukter og like mild, søt citrus. Deilig maltkropp og lang, saftig ettersmak med utpreget mersmak. Fra fat.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours hazy golden with white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, pine needles, some bready notes. Tastes slightly sweet with balancing bitterness. Medium bodied.

Clear pale blond beer, no head. Aroma: cheesy, sweaty feet, funky hops, pretty dank, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness, hoppy, resinous, dry, a bit spicy, cheesy, malty touch. Aftertaste: sweet notes, fruity, good bitterness, dry finish.

Aroma: nice, lots of tropical fruits, bit dank, citrus notes, lovely, very intense smell. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty dank, juicy, mango and papaya, good bitterness, fruity, intense. Aftertaste: bitter, pretty dank, orange peel, some alcohol, fruity, pineapple, mango juice, very intense, nice one!

Bonus @ Appie. Pours a hazy golden colour and a firm off white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma's: floral hops, resinous, doughy. Retronasal: sweetish, fruity, resinous. Flavour is light moderate bitter and a bit sweet. Medium bodied. High but soft carbonation. Flavour lingers, light moderate bitter.

The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, oaty, fresh, lemon lime citrus, light floral, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
