Idaho 7, Simcoe, Mosaic et Citra au programme de cette IPA qui malgré un houblonnage à cru évident n'arrive pas à briller avec une amertume qui manque de vivacité et un alcool molasson (6,2 %). Les arômes sont néanmoins agréables avec une forte quantité d'herbes, du résineux accompagné d'ananas, de pamplemousse, de mangue et de pêche. On ressort de cette dégustation tout de même déçu par cette absence de vivacité, recherchée dans une IPA. Le visuel est sur une blond jaune trouble quasiment sans mousse, peu attrayant. Dès le nez, les herbes ressortent énormément. Un côté laiteux que l'on retrouve également à la dégustation est également présent (ajout de lactose?). Dès l'attaque, l'ensemble, relativement doux, manque de tension aromatique et d'une amertume vive et tranchante. A peine l'arrière bouche arrive péniblement à mettre un peu de vivacité. Même le final, d'une bonne longueur, n'arrive pas à relever cela. Bref une IPA fainéante en quelque sorte.

Can. Pours opaque pale yellowish orange with large white head. Aroma is orange, mandarine, pineapple and hints of spruce. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and faint salty. Body is oily with light carbonation. Finish is long and juicy with orange, pineapple juice, spruce and faint hints of rubber.

Can @ Home. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, fruity hops, tropical fruit, peach, citrus. Flavor is sweet, rich fruity hops, tropical fruit, citrus. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet finish. 210721

Jezus wat een kut bal. Hazy dik schuim, vol romig, moutig, superzacht, licht tropisch. Lekker glad.

can. Hazy yellow, bubbly offwhite to yellow head. very juicy hoppy aroma, slighlty milky, perhaps slightly wheaty, but mostly just a juicy ipa. flavor is quite hoppy, also a bit like alca zeltser, a bit like orange juice, quite dry, tastes a bit too much like a fanta orange, not sure what it is, it's kinda orangey sweet and artificial. I any case flavor is fine,and it's probably just me. I find this beer a bit too weird to be truly enjoyable.
