This beer, the collaboration and all leading up to it is one of the most intuitive things we’ve ever done. We do fruit packed sour beers and our collaborators, Wizard Brewing, do fruit packed sour beers. In fact, Wizard, being made up of two fruit packed sour beer brewing breweries – Morgondagens and Mikrofonbryggeriet – started their whole operation just to brew even more fruit packed sour beers. And, together, we wanted to make a fruit packed sour beer! All the fruits. Sooooooo many fruits. Tutti Frutti! A no brainer. Fruit after fruit went in and better and better it got.

(Bottle) Hazy orange colour with brief, foamy, off-white head. Fruity nose with orange, apricots, mandarin, lemon peel, passion-fruit, white bread and spices. Fruity, tart taste with notes of orange, mandarin, passion-fruit, pineapple, lemon peel, white bread and spices. Hardly any bitterness. Medium body, dry. Fresh fruit character, balanced acidity. Very nice.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet Jørpeland. ABV is 6.0%. Slightly hazy orange colour, loads of yeast floaties in the glass, minimal head. Aroma of lactic acid, yoghurt and tropical fruits. Lots of lactic acid in the sour flavour too, also notes of citrus and tropical fruits. Not undrinkable, but not a beer I'll buy again.

Can. A- Sunny D, Vitamins, Mandarin oranges. A- Golden orange color, chunky liquid, off white head. T- Tang powder, vitamins, tart, citrus. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, tangy finish. O- I think I get most of the fruit flavors in here, but an orange flavor is definitely at the forefront. This tastes like a Flintstone children's vitamin dissolved in water. However bad that sounds, it's actually quite good. This feels like a refreshing post workout brew.

330 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 8/14/2021. Pours very hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with solid retention, that reduces to nothing eventually. Minimal lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of huge tart/tangy mandarin orange juice, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, fruit skin/zest, mango, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough , light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Incredible aromas with fantastic complexity and balance of mandarin orange, peach, pear, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tart/tangy mandarin orange juice, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, fruit skin/zest, mango, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough , light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang/tannin, and light spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy mandarin orange juice, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, fruit skin/zest, mango, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread dough , light peppercorn/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of mandarin orange, peach, pear, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a fantastic malt/tart/tangy balance, and no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering sour/tang/tartness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately cream/grainy, and acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is an amazing fruited kettle sour. All around amazing complexity, robustness, and balance of mandarin orange, peach, pear, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, fruity/acidic yeast, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish. Nicely soft and not overly lactic/tannic. Amazing balance of super juicy/jammy fruits and Lacto complexity; with a great pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Mild residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy/tannic dryness. A highly amazing offering, and top tier style example.

Gulbrun lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter absolutt tuttifrutti. Middels fyldig. Noe sur smak, bruspulver, fersken og aprikos. Middels lang.
