Juicy, Hazy orange, soft carbonation, plush fruity aromas. Immense mango, marmalade, pine, honeysuckle, and lemon flavors. Smack dab in between Lambo and Tesseract on the sweet-to-dry spectrum. Just a hint of bitterness.

Pours slightly haze orange into a snifter. Bright white with good retention recedes to coat surface. Mango and citrus aromas. Dry with sweet hot caramel and orange upfront turning to dry resin in the lasting finish.

Mango and some caramelized malt. Light touch of pine. Hazy golden pour with decent head and lacing. Light sweet finish with some booze in aftertaste. Finish is pretty clean for a DIPA though. Tap at Rattle n hum east.

Draught at Lulu’s on 3/27/16.
Significantly hazy body is a lustrous golden-bronze with a moderate amount of white head showing medium retention.
Fresh yeast and light bits of apple and dough on the edges with the hop character showing very judicious amounts of pineapple, lemon, peach and light pine. Some light toasted character breaks through from the malt, while with more warming, orange rind and white grapefruit become quite dominant. Clean, with little/no alcohol in the nose and quite juicy, though the malty edge and all of this heavily dry citrus are a bit much.
Similarly, in the mouth, it begins pleasantly enough, with key lime, pineapple and light mango kicking things off juicily. But the malt has a sourdough-like toasty edge to it that combines with all of the bitter/dry citrus to really fatigue the palate. Carbonation is mostly tight, while the beer is well-attenuated and drinkable. Just too much citrus punchiness and not enough soft, malty sweetness and easygoing juiciness.

Draft at Lulu’s, Allston, MA. Slightly hazy gold, lasting head retention. Aroma is orange marmalade, tropical fruits, hints of pine. Aroma implies juciy and it carries over into the flavor

Loads of juicy fruit in the flavor, mango, pineapple with a mild.lingering pine bitterness. Bitterness is firm bit NOT in anyway abrasive. This is a fine drink!
