Slightly cloudy orange color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, hops, yeast and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of tart grapefruit, herbal hops, slightly funky yeast and malt. The finish is mildly tart with a lemony aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can thanks to Drake! Pours gold with chunks of floating junk that seems suspended. I'm not sure how I feel about this look; it's a lot, way more than I think should probably be there. Oh well, it smells nice: grapefruit peel, lemon zest, light funk. Flavor is tart grapefruit, orange and lemon, along with sour grasses. A bit light on flavor. Fine, totally drinkable, and I'm enjoying chewing these chunks of whatever.

Tap at Tinys. Juicy but bitter. Unique tropical tones. Zesty kettle sour tones and IPA mixed. Different. Hazy orange body. Thin white head. OK.

12 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 7/5/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big sour/tart/tangy ruby red grapefruit, lemon, lime, mandarin orange juice, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, red/green apple, guava, berries, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, lightly toasted biscuit, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, light leather/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of grapefruit, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big sour/tart/tangy ruby red grapefruit, lemon, lime, mandarin orange juice, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, red/green apple, guava, berries, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, lightly toasted biscuit, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, light leather/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; Brett tang; pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy bitterness; and peppery Brett spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy ruby red grapefruit, lemon, lime, mandarin orange juice, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, red/green apple, guava, berries, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, lightly toasted biscuit, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, light leather/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of grapefruit, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness, tangy fruit, and bitter/spiciness balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium-plus carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and acidic/tangy/sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.2%. Overall this is an awesome sour NEIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of grapefruit, citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/bitter/resinous/drying finish. Not overly lactic, or aggressively bitter. Great Summit, Simcoe profile. Awesome balance of juicy/vibrant/dank/earthy hops, grapefruit, and Brett/Lacto complexity; with a nice clean wheat/oat/malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp acidic/tangy/resin dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive hybrid style example as expected.
