This new beer style is a Belgian-style Pentuple! It's just like a Trippel that's somewhat hoppy, light in color, and has its signature fruity and complex character. But our Pentuple is super-charged for more flavor, and ultimately more enjoyment!

Red brown with a medium sized foamy white head that left no lacing. Very sweet with strong caramel, plum, cherry, apricot and a strong boozy presence. Very long finish. Full bodied

12 oz. bottle, pours a deep dark amber with a small white head. Nose is very hot and sugary, with intense heat, candi sugar, and caramel. Flavour is very sweet and boozy, with cloyingly sweet candi sugar, alcohol, and some perfume. Is this really a tripel? It's just a sweet boozy mess. Not good.

6th October 2021 Bright clear amber beer, a few pale tan bubbles fucks right off before the bottle even gets vertical again. Smooth palate, pretty light feeling for the heavyweight abv. Just a slight viscosity. Decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a light creamy sweetness. Mild caramel and toffee. Very rich ripe fruit medley, quite intense and with a mild alcohol spicy edge. Touch of fruit liqueur underneath. Its like someone took the fruity aspects from some very fine Armagnacs and Cognacs and removed the brandy flavours and intensified the fruit flavours. Something like that! This is pretty darn drinkable for its alcohol delivery and find myself having to consciously slow down. Good stuff. I would have love to have tried the barrel aged versions of this one.

12 oz bottle a gift from my daughter. Nose is floral, bananas, candisugar, and a hint of cloves. Lightly hazy amber red with a small beige head. Flavor is sweet and fruity with belgiany caramel and a touch of hippiness. Great stuff.
