Very hazy golden coloured body with a thick, four to five centimetre tall pure white head that leaves a large white head on the sides of the glass - very nice and pale coloured, especially for the style. Aroma of dry grain, perfume, grass, wheat with a light dose of alcohol and caster sugar with a hint of flowers and some yeast as well, but very mild for the style. Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and very dry hop notes dominate up front with a big kick of hay, flowers and perfumey hops with a light dose of alpha acids and associated bitterness and a soft sugar sweetness at the end that gives a nice balance and depth, with a relatively easy-drinking profile, especially for the style. Aftertaste is crisp, dry and very floral with a big kick from the hops with a very mild malt profile but a soft sweetness and light complexity, but goes down fairly easily. Overall, a nice beer to sample, especially super fresh and well worth trying to find and sample as soon as you get it! I sampled this twelve ounce bottle, purchased from Russ's Market in Lincoln, Nebraska on 24-August-2021 for US$1,67 sampled in my hotel room here in [downtown] Omaha, Nebraska on 26-August-2021.

750 ml bottle from Tavour, 3/2/20. Pours a bright golden color with a thick, frothy white head. Leaves heavy lacing on the glass. Really nice looking beer. Bright citrus and pine aroma, with some grapefruit and pineapple. In addition to the citrus and pine, the flavor also has bright floral and herbal flavors. Lightly sweet and solidly bitter. Sharp, bright, solidly dry feel. Drinking this outside on an unseasonably beautiful March day in NJ, and it's just got a great spring look and feel to it. Brightness abounds. Really quite delicious. It works so perfectly in the current situation, so maybe that's why my score is well above others? I liked this a lot. 8/5/8/5/17

4 oz. draft sample. The flavor is ok for me. Pine, Herbal, Weedy. Bitterness is piney/ weedy with a moderate duration. I normally really enjoy Zipline’s brews overall. This one seems like they are down playing a New England IPA and calling this a “ American IPA”. Style definitions have been blurry for years now. This seems like it is just trying to hard to be a NEIPA.

Got in a trade with The-Adjunct-Hippie. 12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 7/12/2019. Pours very hazy/cloudy medium golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tart/tangy tangerine, orange juice, pink guava, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruit, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tart/tangy tangerine, orange juice, pink guava, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy tangerine, orange juice, pink guava, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruit, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no astringent hop/fruit flavors after the finish. Fairly crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly acidic/tangy/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is a fantastic fruited DIPA! All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruit, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and fairly crisp/clean/refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/resinous/drying finish; not overly aggressive. Feels like Columbus, Citra, Mosaic. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops/fruit; with a nice clean pale/wheat malt backbone. Minimal residual sweetness with lingering crisp resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and impressive style example. No mention of fruit on the label, but there definitely has to be a few. Guava is definitely there. Very similar to Short's Freedom of '78.

Draft. A- Citrus, lemon. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Bitter, citrus. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, bitter finish. O- Probably one of the few people who won't like this. Like the more bitter and less fun version of Zipline's Alpha Modern.

Bby 11-27-18. Was too thirsty to figure out what I wanted to check in as number 2500, whatever, this is mad dank and citrusy. Refreshing, hints of old school hop bitterness on the back but so tasty citrusy front. Tangy and sweet.
