Raspberries + Pink Peppercorns + Raspberries
A blast of fruitiness, this is a foudre-fermented and -aged, pink peppercorn saison topped up with an acid drop of select barrels before being packed to the brim with the ripest Somerset raspberries.
Starting as a pink peppercorn saison, Fruitbooter really comes into it’s own with the artful use of blending. Selecting a special few from our barrel library to enhance the flavour of the saison and boost it’s tartness to new heights. Then come the raspberries, as fresh and ripe as we could get them, straight from Somerset.
The acidic barrel additions and juicy raspberries make for a tart, jammy, mouthwatering beer.

Old rating - A 330ml bottle from Dunell's in Jersey. Pours a light hazy red with a white head. Aromas & tastes of sour and tart fruit, raspberries, light spice & wood. Medium body & carbonation. Slightly dry acidic sour finish. Outstanding

Bottle. Slightly unclear pink/reddish body with a pinkish, dense head. Aroma is mostly raspberries. Flavor is also raspberries, sour raspberries and frankly not much more. Medium body and sour raspberry aftertaste. Sure refreshing, but very one-dimensional. One of the few beers from Wildbeer that has been a disappointment for me.

Аромат немного амбарный, селькский, но при этом много ягод, особенно малины и крыжовника. Цвет малиновый, полу мутный, пенка розовая, но не сркая, шипит как у содовой. Вкус неплохой, сильная карбонизация. Ощущается по началу много малины, крыжовника, красной смородины. Послевкусие уже с кислинкой, даже с лимонной кислотой нотки. Ощущается солод, но не сильно, странно но сильно согревает горло. В целом хорошо.

Draught@TCBW2018. Pink colour with a small pink head too. Aroma is raspberries, some berry lemonade and mild mineralic touches. Flavour is raspberries, some parfumed soapy notes along with some tart, but sweetish tones. Rather fizzy.

Flavor is sour, light malt, light wood, light spice, pepper, rich tart fruit, red berries, raspberry. Medium body, lively carbonation, dry and light acidic finish. 051020

[33cl bottle from Beer52.] A hazy raspberry pink pour with a ring of white head; sour and somewhat musty raspberry aroma; dry in the mouth with a fruity taste and a gentle sourness. Satisfying.
