Bottle @ home. Clear amber/red body with practically no head. A few, small bubbles appear when swirling the glass. Strong aroma, acidic, raspberry, red berries in general and a hint of wood. Taste is dry and lemon sour with vinegar, raspberries, malt, oak and acetone. Balanced body with long lasting acidic aftertaste as well. I may enjoy some really sour one, but this is out of balance. Nice flavors otherwise but not possible to drink much of this (and still enjoy it).

Bottle at home. Vintage 2018. Has a clear deep red colour with a small light beige head. Aroma of raspberries, oak, raisins, balsamico, vinegums and licorice. Flavour of raspberries, oak, apple cider vinegar and lime. Has a slick mouthfeel, medium body and a light bitterness. Tart, fruity and tasteful, and the raspberries shines through all the way.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy pink to candy apple red, small white pink head, good lacing. Aroma is full of raspberry, black berry, lemon, oak, bugs. Flavor is quite tart, berries, light funk, hints of acetone. Light body, low carbonation. I wish it were less acidic.

Tap. Bright red. Grape nose with clear sourness. Complex in mouth, with berries playing off against wood. Very tart with emergent vinegar qualities. Super impressive.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 8/15/2018. Pours slightly hazy ruby reddish orange color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky light pink head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of huge sour/tart/tangy red raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus zest, peach, plum, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, brown sugar, and toasted bread; with lighter notes of oaken vanilla, peppercorn, leathery/musty/lacto funk, red wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Fantastic aromas with amazing balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, raspberries, oak barrels, and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge sour/tart/tangy red raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus zest, peach, plum, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, brown sugar, and toasted bread; with lighter notes of oaken vanilla, peppercorn, leathery/musty/lacto funk, red wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness; fruit/wine tang, and light yeast/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tart/tangy red raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, orange, grapefruit, citrus zest, peach, plum, pear, melon, apricot, red/green apple, red grape/wine, oak, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, brown sugar, toasted bread, peppercorn, light leather/funk/vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, raspberries, oak barrels, and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/sourness and fruit/wine tang balance; with no puckering flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/sourness and fruit/wine tang. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, acidic/tangy/tannic, and fairly crisp balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.7%. Overall this is an amazing fruited sour/wild ale! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, raspberries, oak barrels, and bready malt flavors; dangerously smooth and fairly crisp to drink for the big ABV; with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish, not overly lactic. Amazing balance of super jammy raspberries and Brett/Bacteria complexity; great oak barrel presence and pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness from crisp dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and insane style example. One of their best.

Keg at the Bottle Shop, Bermondsey, 28/11/18. Cherry red with little in the way of a head. Nose is tarte berry fruits, redcurrant, light funk, wood must. Taste carries a light acidic pinch, tangy berries, sharp stoned fruits, dried fruit skins, berry pips, straw, damp cloth. Medium bodied, fine sdc, light acidic twinge in a puckering close. Decent enough easy drinking sour ... weighs in below it's stated ABV bit perhaps lacks some complexity when it's 8.7% is considered.
