Can from Beer Karma, New York. Aroma is hoppy with citrus, grass, pineapple, wheaty malt, and lemon. Flavour is tart and mildly sour with a moderate bitterness. Body is medium. Hoppy and tart, as promised.

Pours hazy pale yellow green with minimal head and a mild tart aroma. The flavor is light and mildly tart. There’s some malty sweetness and fruity character. Watery. Drinkable but less than impressive. The ratings are good enough that it makes me wonder if I just got a bad one.

A hazed blonde ale with a thick frothy lacing white head. In aroma, nice lemony malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, light Epsom salts, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity lemony malt with light Epsom salts, light fruity esters, light cloves, pleasant but a bit light. Can gifted by someone at DLD 2019.

This beer is a hazy golden color with a medium white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lace. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of tart grapefruit, floral hops and bready malt. The finish is tart with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Super hazy golden coloured body with a thinnish, relatively fast-dying pure white head that fades quite quickly. Aroma of super funky malts, wheat, brett, soured foeders, a dash of wheat and yeast and a lot of odd dry notes. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong bretty and soured flavours dominate here with a ton of wheat and coriander seed for freshness along with a hay, floral and funky finish that shows perhaps a very small amount of sugars and more of the brett than anything else, but also some soft hop and dry notes along with a faint dose of sugars towards the very tail end. Aftertaste shows the funk, grass, hay, earth, grain, light soured bretty notes with a little fruity flavour, but nothing in terms of a real profile or depth, as this is very straight-forward and simplistic - for better or worse, this is over after a small sip up front. Overall, a pretty dry and funky beer throughout with a lot of odd soured and brett-based flavours without much else - as the dry funk dominates and leaves nothing at the end. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Crystal City Wine Shop in Arlington, Virginia on 22-November-2019 for US$2,69 sampled at my house here in Washington, just a few blocks away on 29-March-2020 after a warm day here.
