Woah, this is a most intense Russian Imperial Porter collaboration brew! Made with Andy from Ganstaller Brau in Germany, using lager yeast for a smooth flavor, and spunding it like they would for a natural carbonation that is known to create small, tight bubbles. Tiny bubbles - Excellent!! And, we cranked it up to make an even more excellent 12.7% ABV, which creates big hints of licorice and chocolate. This is going to be a most bodacious day - party on dudes!

Quick sip after a long drive. Crazy thick motor oil, pretty sweet but also with some roast. Real licoricey, some coffee. Absolutely lovely thickness, and good flavour. Might do better with some more bitterness, or a barrel. Just seems to be lacking kick.

355ml bottle. Jet black colour with late awakening, average to huge, thick, creamy, stable, moderately lacing, dark beige head. Intense, grassy-herbal and resinous, piney hoppy, as well as roasty, dark malty aroma, notes of grass, fresh hay with floral inclusions, a compact malt body with hardly distinguishable notes of liquorice, coffee, some dark chocolate, Imperial Black IPA character overall. Taste is roasty dark malty and resinous, piney hoppy, notes of liquorice, coffee, dark chocolate, subtle sweetness, oily hoppy notes of pine, resin, green wood; full body, oily to viscous texture, smooth and soft, minimally sticky palate. Has Absacker qualities due to its high abv, dangerously high drinkability due to hoppy belittlement, should be consumed with attention though. Intense, compact. concentrated - excellent stuff.
