An IPA brewed with pasta, olive oil and tomatoes. The pasta is processed along with the malt, while the tomato sauce and olive oil form the breeding base for the yeasts. Yet the Triporteur Basta does not taste very like tomatoes. It is a mild bitter, but strongly aromatic hoppy blond beer with a fairly low alcohol percentage.
