$2.00 bottle, Beer Run. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is citrus peel, pine, pot. Flavor is bread, resin, pot, green hops, grapefruit rind, orange peel. Feels chewy.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 5/20/2018. Pours fairly crystal clear deep golden amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel, floral, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, melon, citrus peel/zest, light pepper/pine, light caramel, toasted biscuit, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and fairly crisp/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.75%. Overall this is a delicious American pale ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish, never aggressive. Simcoe, Palisade, Cascade, and Centennial hops. Nicely juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank hop complexity; with a nice bready malt backbone. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example. Classic hop profile.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a large foamy orange-white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was dryish with floral and fruity hops. The flavor was bitter with leafy and fruity hops. Medium length finish. Medium body.

3 month old bottle > tulip A: Poured hard to a short tan bubbly head with decent retention and sheet lace. Clear light orange gold color. S: Sweet and woody with honeysuckle and grapefruit. T: Bitter with citrus pith but also toasty and woody. Malty but not sweet. Nice balance of roasty toasted malts and bitter hops. Some berries at the end. M: Finely carbonated and medium bodied, finishing dry with minimal resin. O: Good tasting and well balanced, with nice if simple flavors. Worth a try for sure.
