Bottle shared by Joes. Dark brown to black color, small beige head. Smell and taste malts, a bit dusty / powdery, dark malts, decently bitter. Not bad.

Cloudy dark brown with no head. Aroma and flavour have bittersweet dark malts and a dry, earthy hop finish.

Zwart bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter en warm met iets van koffie, lichte rook, ietwat karamel en bittere chocolade. Zou wat meer body mogen hebben.

Tap. Murky brown color with no head. Aroma is chocolate, anis. Taste is chocolate, anis, herbal. A bit chalky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Okay.

Thank you for sharing RB People! Sampled draft @ ZBF 2018. Black, dark brown,.. Nose is dull roast, plastic, stale chocolate, plaster .Taste is all plastic, burned malt, harsh ashes, burned coffee, burned bread mixed with lactose sweet, too many ashes, doesn’t work for me & a mess on top.

Sampled @ Zythos Bier Festival 2018. A hazy orange brown beer. Aroma of dark mild sweet brown malt, caramel ans chocolate. Taste of mid sweet chocolate malt, liquorice, cookies, good.

Very cloudy dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige head, dissipates immediately. Aroma: lots of chocolate, some coffee, bit sourish, infected? MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very roasted, bitter, chocolate, some coffee, cocoa powder. Aftertaste: very roasted, malty, chocolate, cocoa powder.
