12 ounce bottle. Bright honey gold color. Creamy white head. Light grainy malt nose. Citrus notes. Honeyish malty notes in middle. Crisp dry hops in finish are subdued. Underwhelming as Green Flash standards are.

Hazy gold pour with a small white head and fair retention. Minimal lacing. Crisp mouthfeel. Light body. Decent blonde ale, lightly sweet with minor hops. Short finish.

Light bronze, light nose. Has a malty accent, with a touch of biscuit. Pretty ordinary...the malts and body aren’t bad but I guess I’d like it better with a hit of hop.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a gold/amber with light head. Aromas and flavors of wet toasted malts, lager type grain and cereal, and a bit of old fruit. Easy to drink, seems to be a lager/ale hybrid. Possible great on a hot summer day, but sampled in March.

On tap at Darby's Gastown, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out cereal malts and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is pretty light and clean, with cereal notes and toasted biscuity malt. Pretty unobtrusive and light. Meh.

Draught at Darby’s Gastown, Vancouver
Golden color, creamy head. Delicate malts, lightly bready, quite dry but not weak, and reasonably bitter. Clean, straight forward.

Tap at Cap Tap. Pours brassy gold with a white head. Aroma of honey and a little citrus. Med body. Flavor is a mix of honey and citrus. Zest? Maybe. It’s a bit under and only lightly bitter. Ok, just not a big fan of detectable honey.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark amber color with a large foamy off white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was faint but tangy, yeasty, phenolic and had a bit of fruit. The flavor was tangy, sweetish, yeasty and a bit medicinal. Medium length finish. Medium body. Pretty awful.
