From the bottle. Only 4.2 ABV. As expected it tastes like a watered-down apple cider. Has a background dishwater flavor that's not good. Not a fan.

Bottle. A- Red Delicious apples, subtle cinnamon, slightly sweet. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, no head. T- Apple juice, slightly sweet. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Didn't seem any less sweet than other mass produced ciders. Not bad but still not something I want to drink.

Single from City Swiggers. When I think easy, I think of something tasty, refreshing, low in alcohol, but with still something really curious about it. One layer that you can't quite wrap your senses around. That enticing mystery keeps you coming back for sip after sip. Easy is really hard to do right. Easy Apple took some short cuts, but the soft, unfiltered body & gentle mushy, faintly tannic flavors aren't half bad. I don't know how much of this is because of "natural flavors", but the final product is a little better then okay. Scents of mashed, browned apples & banana esters aren't super enticing, but not many industrial ciders carry a big nose. The mellow initial sweetness steps aside to a sneaky, scrumpy-lite fermentation sharpness by the end. Yogurt-y finish. Yes, it's an accurate descriptor. ...Better then I thought it would be. Easy is subjective.

12 oz. bottle, brought to my party by Liz. Fizzy, light gold color, with no head, but some white bubbles. Great nose of apples, with some vanilla, cinnamon, and a bit of lemon. Not too sweet, I guess, and a little bit of bitterness. Light body, very creamy, and not as acidic as I’d expect. Pretty nice cider.

Kroger bottle. Gold. Aroma of apple, duh. Flavor is semi sweet apple, nothing else. Bland, bonding, but at least not too sweet.

12 ounce bottle. Slightly hazy golden amber. Aroma of dry, tart apples, vinous grapes, a pear like sweetness. The taste is sweet apples, pears, honey, a hint of a granny-smith like tartness. Medium bodied, on the sweet side. Decent.

From a bottle this brew is its name sake. Its easy and fun to down. Not as much sugar as other domestic ciders and this makes it more acceptable to my tummy. Not bad overall, probably one of the better macro ciders out there.
