Big thanks to Beerhunter111! 330 ml. bottle sampled. Dark blackish brown, little head. Nose is dark fruit coated in sweet cognac, oak, bourbon, sugar, molasses, candy & maple, alcoholic. Taste is dark fruit, sweet sugar, maple, caramel, candy, molasses, pure syrup coated, sugar, oxidation, boozy syrup. Massively awesome sipping drink, quite comparable to the equally great JD version.

Bottle, many thanks Erzengel, Beerhunter111 and Kappldav123! Abt/Quadrupel #50. Hazy dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is cognac booze, brown sugar, fudge, molasses. Taste is intense fudge, brown sugar, cognac, liquid chocolate. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Very good!

Many thanks to Kappldav123 for this bottle. The beer starts malty sweetish, round and slightly alcoholic. The Cognac is there, round and malty with a slightly sweetish woody ending.
