Aromas are perfumey and spicy. Flavors are similar to nose much more sweet than tart a little bit of Oak no orange not much like an old fashioned cocktail. Okay cider.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a dark golden color with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet apple, maraschino cherry, a bit of mustiness and a touch of medicine. The flavor was sweet maraschino cherry, apple juice and a hint of medicine. Medium length finish. Medium body. Meh.

Bottle. A- White wine, stale, apples. A- Gold color, clear liquid, no head. T- White wine, flat, rotten apples. P- Light body, average texture, flat carbonation, astringent finish. O- No cherries, orange peel, or bourbon. I wanted all of those and a lot of it. This was pretty bad. Lots of cheap white wine profiles. Yuck.

From a bot looks like any other pale beer. Aroma is crisp mildly alky wondering perfume., Quite sweet on the first taste, yes a little volatile and sweet. Yes, lots of sugar in this cider. Comes across unexpectedly as a low alky brew for a cider near 7%. Could not drink too many of these without catching a buzz. Not bad overall, shows no signs of that gag reflex so common with my own home brewed. Yea that, suspectable sugar content makes me think it could have been fermented out a little more, JMHO. Would have given it a little more kick with a little less sagar in the end. Perhaps this would age well? I bet.

Bottle shared by Grady, thanks! Pours a clear light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of dry apple with a light oakiness and some cherry underlying. Flavor has dry apple with some bourbon and a hint of cherry supporting.

12 ounce bottle, 5/6/16. Clear golden, fizzy head. Aroma of dry apples, cherries, a bit of whiskey. The taste is sweet apples, cherries, bourbon, bright orange. Medium bodied, high carbonation. Decent.

Full of tart apple, cherry, light oak. Nice sweet vanilla notes, noticeable tannins. Light booze underneath it all. Medium bodied. An interesting variation. Enjoyable.

All Pints North 2016. I liked this. Medium sweet, some oak. some bourbon character, from a barrel I assume, but it works well with the sweet cider flavor.
