Let's face it - we all like to put labels on things. It just makes us feel more comfortable. What assumptions have people made about you based on your race, religion, gender, the way you dress, or even the beer you drink? We did in fact label this beer for your convenience. It has a fresh tartness, a twist of salt and a balanced fruitiness of apricot - apparently a complete reflection of your personality. We hope you like what this label says about you?

Can to tulip.
Appearance: semi-cloudy orange color with a two finger white foamy head which died off fairly nice to leave some light lace
Aroma: apricot flesh and sweetness with an ample tart character with a light lemony undertone; sweet wheat with a little bit of tart to it while it kicks at a little bit of extra citrusy tones
Flavor: seems like the Gose strength comes in to overwhelm the apricot tones which to me is what I liked - salty, tart with a slightly sour-wheaty tone; finishes like a Gose with the apricot in the backseat
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but that tart wheaty kick is there which is what I wanted! Nice!
Overall: yup, there's a Gose in this beer, woop woop! I would come back to this one preferably in Summer!

can from the LCBO. Pours a murky orange, with a fluffy white head. Aroma is tart, with light apricot, but its pretty underwhelming. Mouthfeel is ok, carb is lively. Finish is quite saline, with some stone fruit tartness. Apricot is very subtle, i find most of the beers in this line from evil twin are pretty underwhelming.

Can, 4.5%. Milky fruity aroma. Hint of acid. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite acidic. Quite dry but not as dry as Berliner Weisse. Reminds me of Berliner Weisse more than Gose. Good mouthfeel. A little papery finish, must be from the fruit.

Can, many thanks 77ships! Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is salty, apricot, yoghurt, very fresh yeast, parmesan. Taste is salt, apricot, yoghurt, refreshing. Oily mouthfeel with surprisingly low carbonation. Refreshing and good, maybe a bit overdone!
