Better than the dubbel, but it's still pretty tame.

Sample from 75 cl. bottle. Hazy, amber-golden colour with a huge, fluffy white head. Fruity aroma with spices, overripe fruits, light alcohol. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a lively carbonation. Finishes sweet and fruity with a hint of alcohol. Okay tripel.

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a lively, white head. Perfumy, coriandery aroma. Medium body, heavily carbonated, sweet, pale malts and again a spicy edge. Some warming alcohol but really a bit too heavy on the carbonation. And the spices. 081114

Bottle at 101 Beer Kitchen. The server needed assistance getting the cork out, but once that task was accomplished, the beer pours a hazy orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Sticky strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, banana and malt. Medium to full body with flavors of tropical fruits, earthy yeast, spice and malt. The finish is fruity with an herbal yeast aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
