The aromas are spicy apples. Flavors are fairly dry, tart almost sour apples with good carbonation, average body and finish like the rest. Half liter bottle to slog through.

Bottle from Appalachian Vinter. Batch: 836-1, 8/20. Pint glass @home. Purchased because it wasn't another adjunct brew & I wanted to see if their bare cider was any good. Clear, shiny gold brew, fizzles, with some lingering activity. Smells of sulfites, yeast, straw, no apples. Taste is acidy apples, yeast, sulfites, iron, core, seeds. I love acid, but this is carbonic, preserved & not really tasty. Acidy backwash, moderate carbonation, very thin. Now I know why they flavor these.

This is the driest thing I've ever tasted I think, super dry upfront, not much nose, zippy tight finish

26/1/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear and virtually colourless with minimal head. Aroma of green apples, citrus, blue cheese, touch of rubber. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Moderate body, oily texture, slight spritzy carbonation. Nice but of tartness to finish.

500ml bottle from Beer Republic. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, apple core & skin, citric. Taste is tart, apple, with some core & apple skin, and citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
