Half liter bottle from Woodman's Green Bay, 4/7/19. Clear gold, thin fizzy head. Aroma of dry apples, earth, pepper. Taste is dry apples, dry pear, a touch of sweetness. Medium bodied, dry, delicate, well balanced.

Great! Red/green/crisp apples/fruit peel/pear/herbal/floral/yeast earth/lt spice. Bone dry/med carb. Crisp/clean/refreshing finish. Mild lingering acid/tannin. Very flavorful. Great fruit complexity/balance. One of the best dry ciders I've had in a while.
