Fantastic! Tart/tangy raspberries/lime/zest/red/green/crisp apples/fruit peel/skin/seed/herbal/lt pepper. Dry/high carb. Crisp/clean/refreshing. Lt lingering acid/tannins. No pucker/astringent. Amazing balanced vibrant lime/berry/apple complexity.Love it!
