Damn good cider. Well balanced tart/sweet apples with light fruits and light yeast earthiness. Very smooth with minimal alcohol.

Bottle: Pale golden with a pink sheen, visible carbonation, apples and grapes in the sweetish-sourish nose; not too dry sourish-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied; a doughy background detectable; yeast in the moderately sweet and sour "apply" finish. A bit yeasty/doughy, but all in all a nice cider...

Split bottle with friends. Poured a clear apple juice color, fizzy white head, plenty of carbonation. Aroma was apples, tart notes. Flavor was tart apples, light. Better than most ciders I’ve had.

Bottle. Pours clear golden yellow with a large white foamy head that dissipates with some lacing. Aroma is green apple, perhaps a touch of yeast. Flavor is medium sweet, just a touch of tartness. Very little alcohol presence. Light body, a bit watery. Very drinkable.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear gold with a with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a rich apple note that is both sweet and tart. Flavor is mostly sweet with apple with some tartness coming out in the finish. A bit mild overall.

18.7 oz bottle. Pours clear pale gold with a skiff of foam and a large ring of big-bubbly foam. Aroma consists of perfumey, overripe apples. Taste is sweet and tart, finishes dry and watery. Has an English flair; it’s reminiscent of Samuel Smith beers--is it the same yeast maybe? Has an offnote that I can’t really describe. Still, it’s not too bad overall.

Bottle. Sweet ripe apple and light musty yeasty aroma. Golden with a small, quickly dissipating white head. Slightly sweet apple, tart, and a little musty flavor. Light body, highly carbonated, slightly dry finish. Solid cider.

Bottle from kind folk next to us in campervan, drank this outside Frank (campervan) Cropredy Festival 9th August 2012 Pours gold with plenty of carbonation. A little sweet perhaps but a perfectly drinkable cider, refreshing, tangy, tasty and certainly appley but there is a little bit of a commercial cider feel to this. lacking a zappy, punchy individual edge, otherwise works quite well. Bottle, at Nærbø Ølfestival. A clear, pale golden cider with some white bubbles on top. A faint caramel touch in the flavor, but apples dominates. Of course. There’s also some caramel in the flavor, but it’s mostly just apples. Quite sweetish apples, at least it’s not very tart. Overall, a quite borind, but sure drinkable cider. 111022
