On tap at Big Texas Beer Fest. Pours golden with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is apple skin, pure sugar, spice. Light body, apple, pear, spice, crisp finish, very good.

Bottle. Strong cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple juice aroma. Yellow color. Very sweet cinnamon, nutmeg, and apple juice flavor. Nice body. Would make a great hot cider.

Bottle. Clear golden color, still. Cinnamon and nutmeg are up front but not overwhelming, background of sweet apple. Taste seems sweet as well, with a decent helping of spice. Might be nice served warm on a cold day, but it was tasty enough cold on a warm day.

A hazed golden cider with a thin white head. In aroma, apple pie, cinnamon, cardamom, intense. In mouth, a sweet apple juice with apple pie spices, cinnamon, cloves, interesting. On tap at CNY Brewfest 2016.

Damn nice! Great apple complexity with brown sugar/cinnamon/nutmeg spice. Sweet/light tart finish;minimal carb;very drinkable! Great balance

12 ounce bottle. Hazy pale golden. Aroma of ginger, cinnamon, vanilla, apples. The taste is cinnamon, sweet apples, vanilla. Medium bodied, nearly still.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this cider poured a slightly hazy yellow gold color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was cinnamon sugar and tart apples. The flavor was tangy and tart apple, strong cinnamon sugar and nutmeg. Long finish. Medium body. Well done.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild spiced and herbal. Sweet, cinnamon. Herbal finish. Solid sweet and cinnamon flavoured. Well balanced though.

On draft at Spacebar in Falls Church. Pours A hazy pale gold with no head. Spicy nose. Flavors of apple pie with some minty notes. Slightly sweet finish.
