Good. Even if i don't like green apple, it's crisp.

Nice. Lightly sweet/tart green apples/fruit peel/light honey/spice. Semidry-ish/mild carb. Light acid/tannins. Refreshing. Nice balance. --- Beer merged from original tick of McKenzie's Green Apple Hard Cider on 29 Aug 2017 at 18:34 - Score: 6. Original review text:

Bottle, no head, clear yellow color, apple aroma and flavor, with some yeasty mineral hints, medium sweetness and a light sourness, could use just a little more, but still enough for an easy simple and satisfying cider that goes well with seafood.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this cider poured a pale yellow color with no head and no lacing. The aroma was dryish with an apple core presence. The flavor was tangy and sweet with apple juice and green apple peel notes. Medium length finish. Light to medium body. Meh.

12 ounce bottle. Clear pale golden. Aroma of sweet apples, something that tried to be tart but comes across smelling like green apple Jolly Ranchers. The taste is tart apples, sweet finish with vanilla. Thin bodied, hint of carbonation.

Apple nose, neither overly sweet nor tart. Pale yellow, some carbonation clinging to the glass. Neutral apple. Medium body, still. Zero complexity, but I do enjoy the lack of carbonation.

On draft at Vienna Whole Foods. Pours a pale clear gold with a bit of effervescence. Somewhat sweet. Flavors of yellow transparent apples.

bottle - Pours yellow-green and clear with no head and has a tart green aple aroma. The flavor is of tart green apples with an almost puckery finish. It’s light bodied and overall okay but I liked their regular hard cider more.

From a bottle looks like pale lager. Smell is like my homemade cider, somewhat dull apple and vinegar, not real attractive for a cider. Taste is better than smell, quite tart initially and I was expecting some super sweetness but it is not. However, there is enough in there to be able to tell this is not fermented dry. Not bad overall, has some of that waxy ice cider feel to it on the finish.
